Dear Customers and friends,  first let me apologize for the one day delay on the weekly update. Like I said, there are not enough days in a week!. Fishing wise, everything was pretty good this week with some very nice fish caught   Greg Eisenman ,PA, had a 27 in., 7 lb. lake trout.  Jeff Hauck, PA,  caught (and released)  a 36 in., 13.5 lb. pike from one of our remote lakes. Dale Gable, PA, caught a 20 in., 6 lb. smallmouth.  Numerous walleyes from 19 to 24 in. were caught. The weather was again very hot this week, but  with the lake it makes it a lot better. Since we had a full camp again with a lot of regular customers in camp. things went very well. We are in the process of rebuilding some of our storage sheds and also our gas , fish cleaning and tool shed. This week I would like to point out the fact that most of the month of June is rented for next year, 2011.  We only have a few cabins left for large groups so don`'t wait too long to book your next years stay with us because we have started working on July already. We have, at this time of the year,  a lot of familiesat the lodge. The kids really enjoy the lake and the fishing up here in our different atmotphere. We still have a canoe and paddle boat they can borrow and we are working on a lot of other ideas for next year for familly fun. We will keep you updated on this. After all, where else can you bring the familly with you for less then $100 a day. We have had very few cancellations this year and we rebooked some of them through our last minute e-mail  deal  - so if you haven't been with us this year,  keep watching for this and maybe we can get you in for a nice little vacation with us!

A lake this big with such great  fishing and so few people on it.  Bubba  (with ths Koller group) PA - I've gone to many places in Canada over the past 50 years but TBL is by far the best! Ron Snyder group PA -We picked TBL because it offered a meal plan.  The food was great and the staff went out of their way to help us really enjoy our stay!  We rebooked for next year and plan to return for many years in the future.
