Dear Customer,The new Year as come and i hope you all had a very good holiday. Soon i will be leaving for the shows ,yes that time of the year as come already. Like we explained to most of you last year we will have to ask everyone to give a deposit in order to hold their reservation for this coming year . We have to do that in order to avoid some probleme that happened in the past at the lodge. EX: Customer coming in a week early or a week late, customer not showing up leaving us with a empty cabin , customer not having the wright cabin because we didn't know they were booked because we did not have any record of deposit or anything, ect... To avoid all of these problem and more in the future , in order to guarantee your privilege , and make sure your stay is going to be as enjoyable and problem free as usual, we will ask everybody to give a deposit as they book there next trip .This year most of our regular customer gave a deposit at the lodge or sent it by mail when they reserved by phone. For those that reserved a stay with us and did not give a deposit we will need to have one before i leave for the shows in a few weeks. This is to insure your cabin and your rate for 2010 season. (Please note that all deposit need to be send to Taggart Bay Lodge box 44 Fabre Quebec  J 0 Z 1 Z 0 ) I wish we wouldn't have to do this but with all of the people we deal with now it is very hard to keep track of everything without the receipt and the balance due cheat.The deposit we ask for our trip are very small per person.There is a policy of no refund on the deposit but as most of you know we always find a way to do something to get you your money back. EX: Transfer of your deposit to another week or year. Again Taggart Bay Lodge will do everything in it power to help you with this. Let me remember you, to send in your email in order to get some last minute news and deals when there is some. I will be at the show in Syracause N Y on the week end of January 22 to 24 stop by and see me if possible, it would be nice to talk to some of you on those few days. This coming year looks like a very good one so dont wait to long call or email us even before we get to the show in your area if you want a particular week and cabin. Let me finish this tanking you all again for your support over the years and i hope that we will see you all in good health at the lodge next year.
