Sorry about the delay internet problem at the lodge.

This week at TBL we had a few nice fish caught and lots of nice weather . The young fisherman are taking over i guess with  Jack Hyneman and is two big fish awards . He got is first one for a walleye 29 inches lbs and is second one for a lake trout 27 inches 7 lbs We also had a lot of very nice bass caught and everybody is talking about the fantastic small mought fishing we have here now. This week we had our first TBL Picnic and from what I've seen and heard it was a sucess . Most of the people stayed longer then usual and talk together about all of their experience , past and futur, wich is what this reunion is all about. Fishing was not as good as it could have been this week but our fisherman were great and weather was fantastic .We've heard a lot of good comments about all of the new stuff at the lodge , the many different decks, the cooking spit , the horse shoe pit and deck , the deck on the water and even good comment about the volley ball court that is still in construction. Altogether it was a great first Picnic and we and the customer were all satisfied with the new tradition. The most important thing about the idea of the picnic was to again promote catch and release, to insure all our customers and most important all of our kids great time on this lake  for many more years . We had a lot of people rebooking their trip at the lodge for 2012 this week and all of the past weeks ,  taking advantage of the special for rebooking on the spot . I want to clarify one thing about this , this is something I do to thank my regular clients that are so faithfull to TBL , but in order to be fair for everybody this discount is only given to you if you reserve at the lodge for the folloing year and give us a full deposit , so think of bringing your checkbook. HA HA . We do have started to do a few more project like redoing some of our deck and  making a new volley ball court , all of these should be done in a near future .
