Dear customer and freinds

At TBL this week we had a lot of  hot weather . Just when we tought it could not get warmer it did !!! Many of our customers were suprised, just as we were, by all of this heat. Needless to say that this type of weather is not the best for fishing but perfect for the families we had here this week. Many of the kids we had in camp this week love that weather and spent most of thier time in the water.  Notice that a lot of our older kids we had here spent a lot of time in the water to . This is one of the great things about our lake.  Not only is it great for fishing but also for just plain relaxing , swiming , or even just cooling of . We have a lot of people already taking avantage of our new Horseshoe pit , Washer game, Picnic erea and even our volleyball court. We wanted to give our customers a little more to do when they are here and when they want to bring their familly here for a week. Fishing wise, not too much to report even if some of our regular customers did very good some nights. Many walleyes and some bass were caught and one of the bass made the board at 18 inches and 4 and 3/4 lbs . This very nice Small mouth Bass was caught and released by Josh Wounderly  11 years old , the youth are really taking over at TBL because Josh also caught a 23 inche walleye . We are doing very well on bookings for 2012 with a lot of our customer rebooking at the lodge for next year taking avantage of our spécial pricing for rebooking at the lodge.  Please note that this applies only to customers rebooking at the lodge with a full deposit . We will be doing a few more rénovations this fall trying to make our lodge always better for you . Many of you in the past few years have told us how you appreciate all of the time and money we put in our constant upkeeping of the lodge and we are proud of that and trying to live up to that. A lot of this is due to your regular business and your effort to help us by sending your freinds to our Lodge and we thank you for it.
