Dear customers & Freinds

Sorry about the delay! I have a lot of things to talk about this week but not much time to do so. I just came back from a long vacation of 4 days including traveling , and I am late in my weekly update. This weekly update is for the week of June 25 to July 2 .  First, many big fish were caught by Pete Eldridge QC with a small mouth bass 21 - 1/4 inches.  Many other bass in the 18 to 20 inche range were also caught. The biggest pike caught last week was 43 inches cut by Kevin Morris PA with many other nice ones caught all over in our remote lakes and the main lake. Many nice walleyes were also caught, and the biggest one was caught by Wendi George QC 28 - 1/2 inches . Lake trout wise nothing major to report . Bear hunting is now over and we end the season with 54 hunters that got 47 bears, one of our smallest seasons for a long time . This is about 87% killing ratio, not counting that we had about 39 missed bears in the season and 49 bears were passed on. Many of our hunters did not show up for their week of hunting and that explains the low number of hunters in camp this year. After this 2011 season, we will have two different packages for bear huntiing at the lodge next year. If you are already booked, all of your packages will remain the same unless you want to upgrade to one of our new Deluxe Bear Hunts. We will now have a Deluxe Hunt and a Économy Bear Hunt . Details and exact packages will be avalable in our new brochure and on our website soon. We had a little get together with some of our customers this week and it was a pleasure to see that these people are so good, fun to be with, and simple . It is allways very nice to see your customers, but it is a little spécial to be invited into their cabin to share some time and some of what love drink that they call beer. Thanks again to you all in cabins  1  - 2 - 3.  You know hou you all are and thanks for being our freinds. By the way, Rex, that other drink, so called maild, is not good for Québec Outfitters, I think.
