Dear Customers and Friends
This week at TBL we had our slowest week of the 2016 season with only 10 cabins filed. So I decided to take a few days to go take care of business I had to do in Montréal. Wow 3 days there and you know why everybody loves TBL. I also took 2 days off when I came back to go to my cabin and that also made me understand why everybody loves it here at TBL on our lake. So far as fishing in the past week I had talk to a few customers that told me they were doing ok trolling and some said they did very good in the fist part of the week just jigging. But all around most said they love there week with the great weather we had and the fishing was good.
Sylvain and Patrice did a lot of work this past week. They made some great improvements on cabin 1, 2 and 3 at Maple Leaf and a lot of improvements to the landscape of TBL. That’s one of the reason most people love our lodges, because we spend a lot of time, money and efforts to take good care of everything. With the fantastic staff we have here we are assured of great years to come.
Week 15 is just starting and we are happy that all of our last 4 weeks of the season are full and that with a lot of regular customers of ours. We do have two more weeks to our regular season this year with the new Cast and Blast week (Sept. 17 to oct. 1 ). On those weeks we have customers doing a few different things, like some Moose hunting with bow, some will be groose hunting and fishing, some will be just fishing and some just groose hunting. But between all of them we will have two more very busy weeks.
