Dear Customer and Friends
This week at TBL fishing was great and hunting was fantastic. Many many walleyes of all size were caught . Many old customers and some new customers said it was there best fishing ever. The best part was that some of our customer never even left our bay to get all the walleyes that they needed. Pike and lake trout were not at their peek but most of the guys got some and some very nice size too. Bass opens on the 15th and everybody did very good at it with the biggesst one reported at 19 1/2 inches . We also had a walleye reported at 29 inches this week.
Hunting was fantastic with a result at 24 bears for 25 hunters. This new system where we take more hunter per week, but use all of our new territories and more guides is working out very good. So far this year we have killed 76 bears and have had 5 hunters stop from hunting after two misses, out of our 87 hunters. Three bears over 300 lbs were kill this week , one of 310 one at 341 and one at 406 . The suspension of all of our trucks are damaged ha ha ha . All kiding aside we have a very very good year so far at bear hunting. Most of our 2019 hunts are already sold, so dont wait if you want to hunt with us next year.
Some new things are going to be in next season starting with our remote pike lakes. We will have canoe to go to these lake if people wish to go. That way you will get access to more remote lakes.
